🔹 Alex Rennie – CEO

Alex is the driving force behind Boxmove. With a strong vision and a passion for doing things differently, he co-founded the company to bring a more modern, streamlined approach to moving and logistics. He’s focused on growth, innovation, and building a team that’s ready to take the industry forward. 

🔹 Alex Muir – CTO

With a background in tech and a sharp eye for efficiency, Alex Muir leads the development of Boxmove’s digital systems. His goal? Make moving smarter and smoother through intelligent logistics and user-friendly technology. He’s all about solving problems before they happen. 

🔹 Anthony Jones – Operations Manager

He's the link between our drivers, our clients and our software, spotting problems before they happen and keeping standards high across hundreds of jobs a week. He also leads our recruitment, making sure every new starter lands in a team where they can thrive.

🔹 Rob Lawton – Client Manager

Rob supports day-to-day operations, working closely with Mel to keep things running smoothly. He’s great at finding solutions and keeping things calm when the unexpected pops up (as it always does in logistics).

🔹 Marcus Sinclair – Fleet Manager

Marcus is responsible for the performance, safety, and upkeep of the Boxmove fleet. From vehicle checks to maintenance schedules, he ensures that our vans stay road-ready and reliable—day in, day out.

🔹 Andy Handerson-Sayers – Logistics Manager

Working closely with Alastair, Andy plays a key role in keeping our delivery schedules on track and our vans moving. Practical and detail-oriented, he’s quick to adapt when plans change and always focused on keeping operations smooth and responsive. Andy’s steady approach makes him an essential part of the logistics team. 

🔹 Arthur Papworth – Deputy Logistics Manager

Arthur leads Boxmove’s operations across the South and West, managing teams, routes, and service standards. He balances planning day-to-day logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly across a wide region. Calm, consistent, and hands-on, Arthur is always ready to step in and support wherever he’s needed.

🔹 Donna Hanrahan – Office Manager

Donna keeps our HQ running behind the scenes—managing admin, supplies, and making sure the team has everything they need to stay focused. Her support keeps the entire company organised and efficient.

🔹 Ryan New – Training Manager

Ryan ensures that all our staff are well-prepared and confident from day one. With clear training processes and a strong focus on safety and standards, his training helps set the tone for how we work—and why it matters. 🔹 Mel Blake – Finance (external)

Payroll, invoicing, accounts: Mel handles the numbers that keep Boxmove moving. Working with us independently for years, she's the reason wages land on time and invoices are right first time, with a calm eye on the detail that operations relies on.
